This is a simple lunch box for my son today.
It is similar to lunch box #4 except now the rice is shaped into cubes. :P The sides are blanched Broccoli seasoned with a pinch of salt and Teriyaki Chicken, which was a mistake. I should have use boneless chicken instead as this is messier to eat. Must remember the next time I do this again.
Hi Working mom, wow! You are a fabulous cook as well very innovative too from what I see in your pics here. Very nice.
ReplyDeleteThere is no spectacle on earth more appealing than that of a beautiful mother and wife in the act of cooking dinner for someone she loves.
You keep well, happy cooking and best regards, Lee.
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful! You are making me much more adventurous and bold with my daughter's lunches. Thanks for being an inspiration!
ReplyDeleteHow beautiful the rice looks! You inspire me.
ReplyDeleteThe rice cubes turned out beautifully! You're getting the hang of packing bento very quickly, not surprising since you're been so creative with your children's meals anyway :) And yeah, boneless chicken is definitely much easier with younger kids. That lunch looks really delicious.
ReplyDeleteYour bento is very nicely done. I'm gonna copy you one day.
ReplyDeleteThank you everyone for your very encouraging words.
ReplyDeleteThose rice cubes are just pretty!
ReplyDeleteMycookinghut,
