This was done recently for my son. Of course he doesn't eat this alone for dinner. There are other dishes to go with this. This was in place of the usual white rice he had and also to get him to eat more vegetables (again).
I steamed one tablespoon each of chopped carrot and broccoli to mix with plain white rice. Topped them with a sliced of star-shaped egg and luncheon meat and served. *wink*
