This is a variation of this soup. It uses Pork ribs instead of chicken bones. It's a preferred variation for those who like to eat the pork ribs. We love to eat it, dipped in dark soy sauce with pepper.
Ingredient:
- 10 Chicken Feet
- 250g Pork Ribs
- 1.5 litre water
- 8 Red Dates, pitted
- 100g Raw Peanuts
- Salt to taste
- Blanch chicken feet and pork ribs.
- Put all ingredients except salt in a pot of water.
- Bring to boil then lower fire and simmer for another 3 hours.
- Add salt to taste.
- Serve.
Hihi, I stumbledu upon your very lovely blog. Got inspired to attempt cooking this soup. I added honey date and quite a no. of red dates as I had to add in more water (oops!) to make the soup more flavourful.
