Try prawns. See my reply to Christelle below. :)

Christelle,
Thanks. Try using prawns. It's really good but so much more expensive and more work. Get about 200g of small prawns. Shell and devien them. Wash, clean and chop them up or you can use a blender to do it. You don't have to make them to be very paste-like. Having little bits of prawn meat is good too for texture. :)WokkingMumhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07847485589069215046noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7857175096419758857.post-11090463715281060382009-04-22T09:49:00.000+08:002009-04-22T09:49:00.000+08:00The dish looks absolutely beautiful, only worry is...The dish looks absolutely beautiful, only worry is I don't think I can get fish paste :(Christellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04836495515908484439noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7857175096419758857.post-11433990368187002952009-04-21T04:12:00.000+08:002009-04-21T04:12:00.000+08:00Oh.. this sounds really good!
